At Hailey Durst Photography, we understand that every moment is unique and deserves to be captured beautifully. To ensure that we can provide our exceptional photography services to as many clients as possible, we offer the option of booking an associate photographer. What Is An Associate Photographer?

They are someone who photographs in my place if I am already booked and unable to personally photograph the wedding myself. They are professionals that are personally vetted and hired by me, and photograph similarly to me. Following your wedding, I will be the one to edit your photos. It is a specific wedding package booked that is also slightly discounted from my normal rates, so is also a good idea if my typical pricing is out of budget. Clients still get my client experience, and my style of editing - I'm just not there in person myself (though I wish I could be!).

Expanded Availability

Life is full of fleeting moments that are worth preserving. Our associate photographer allows me to almost be in two places at once, ensuring that you don't miss out on having your special moments captured. While that statement isn’t literal, my associate is essentially an extension of me so that you get a Whether it's a wedding, a family reunion, or a milestone celebration, our associate photographer extends our availability, making it easier for you to secure our services on your preferred date.

Multiple Angles and Coverage

Associate photography packages are still welcome to add on a second photographer, just like my standard packages. Having two photographers on-site means we can capture every angle and aspect of your event. While our primary photographer focuses on the main highlights, our associate photographer can capture candid moments, reactions, and behind-the-scenes scenes. The result is a comprehensive visual narrative that tells the complete story of your day.

Communication with Me

While clients are put in touch with their associate (so it isn’t just a stranger showing up on wedding day), I will still be a main point of contact for you. To ensure the quality of your experience with me, you will be able to get my expertise in timeline assistance, planning your engagement session, and all other areas of planning your wedding photography coverage.

To enhance client experience, if you add an engagement session to your package, I will be the one to lead the shoot if I am local, or do my best to travel there (for destinations). In ideal situations, the associate wedding photographer will also be at the engagement session so they can meet you before the big day!
