The Masings || Chandler + Lauren

A sneak preview into the beauty that was Chandler and Lauren’s special day. As my friend + business partner, J, and I prepped to leave for this sweet elopement, it began to pour rain. When we passed the gate into the park, the park ranger warned us to watch out for flash floods that already covered some of the roads. It’s a good thing rain on your wedding day means good luck ;)

Prepared with trash bags and duct tape to cover our cameras if the downpour continued, we continued into the park to C + L’s elopement location.

Chandler and Lauren’s first look was enough to melt any heart. As rain sprinkled down, the sun shone through the clouds, making the sky glitter. Lauren then proceeded to gift her soon-to-be husband a charm that she would place on her bouquet that had pictures of their loved ones who had passed.

After a sweet ceremony, we headed further into the park where they had their first dance (and I almost stepped on a baby rattlesnake…oops). We finished the night with some photos of them + their pup, Grux, and some romantic headlight kisses.
